TEC is de bevoegde autoriteit in India als het gaat om de certificering van telecommunicatieproducten in overeenstemming met de MTCTE-voorschriften. MTCTE staat voor Mandatory Testing Certification of Telecommunication Equipment (Verplichte testcertificering van telecommunicatieapparatuur).<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De Indiase Telegraph Amendment Regulations van 5 september 2017 bepalen dat elk telecommunicatieapparaat verplicht moet worden getest en gecertificeerd voordat het in India wordt verkocht, ge\u00efmporteerd of gebruikt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:22px\"><strong>Het verantwoordelijkheidsgebied van de TEC omvat de volgende taken:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns has-white-background-color has-background is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uitgeven van normen met betrekking tot telecommunicatieapparatuur en -diensten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Samenwerking met multilaterale organisaties (bijv. de Internationale Telecommunicatie-unie)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Samenwerking met het ministerie van Telecommunicatie (DoT), ondersteuning bij beleidsplanning voor de telecommunicatiesector<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Testen en certificeren van telecommunicatieproducten en afgifte van certificaten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technische ondersteuning voor het DoT<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<section class=\"mpr-theme-content-lightbulb\">\r\n    <div class=\"mpr-theme-content-lightbulb-content-container\">\r\n        <p>Tot 2019 was dit een vrijwillige certificering. Sinds 2019 zet de TEC de regelgeving voor de verschillende productgroepen geleidelijk om naar de verplichte MTCTE (Mandatory Testing Certification of Telecommunication Equipment). Volgens de Indiase wet is de levering, verkoop en invoer van deze producten alleen toegestaan als ze met succes de TEC-certificering hebben behaald.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\r\n<\/section>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-border-left-headline\" style=\"font-size:22px\"><strong><strong>Welke producten vallen onder de TEC-registratie?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>TEC-registratie is verplicht voor verschillende producten in de telecommunicatiesector. Deze omvatten bijvoorbeeld:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns has-background is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"background-color:#ececec\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>IoT-Gateway<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draadloze Telefoons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DSL-Apparaten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicatieapparaten met Magnetrons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Directie Telefoonsystemen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NSD \/ ISD Telefooncellen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elektronische Telefoontoestellen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sleuteltoestellen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Telefoons met 2 Lijnen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Munttelefoons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Terminals voor aansluiting op het openbare Telefoonnet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CLIP Telefoons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G3 Faxapparaten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ISDN-Apparatuur op Locatie (CPE)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Particuliere automatische Telefooncentrale (PABX)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Er zijn producten waarvoor naast de verplichte TEC-certificering ook een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.certification-india.com\/nl\/bis\/wat-is-bis-certificering-voor-india\/\"><strong>BIS-registratie<\/strong><\/a> vereist is. Omgekeerd zijn er ook producten waarvoor de TEC-certificering achterwege kan blijven als er al een BIS CRS-registratie bestaat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Producten met Wifi of andere draadloze communicatie vereisen meestal ook een <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.certification-india.com\/nl\/wpc\/wat-is-wpc-certificering-voor-india\/\">WPC-Certificering<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je kunt een meer gedetailleerde lijst van <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.certification-india.com\/nl\/tec\/tec-relevante-producten\/\">TEC-relevante producten<\/a><\/strong> vinden op onze pagina over producten waarvoor TEC-goedkeuring vereist is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-border-left-headline\" style=\"font-size:22px\"><strong>TEC<\/strong>-certificeringsproces<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Afhankelijk van de structuur en complexiteit van het product wordt er een onderscheid gemaakt tussen de volgende twee <strong>certificeringsgroepen<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>General Certification Scheme<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In deze groep moeten testrapporten van een geaccrediteerd laboratorium worden ingediend naast de aanvraagdocumenten. Op een paar uitzonderingen na vallen alle producten waarvoor momenteel TEC-certificering vereist is in deze categorie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Simplified Certification Scheme<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In deze groep moet voor TEC-registratie een verklaring worden ingediend dat de producten voldoen aan de eisen van de TEC-normen (essenti\u00eble eisen). Producttesten zijn nog steeds vereist. Slechts enkele producten vallen momenteel onder de vereenvoudigde certificatieregeling tijdens de TEC-goedkeuring in India. Het certificaat wordt afgegeven nadat de resultaten van de producttest zijn geanalyseerd. Het certificaat bevat informatie over de aanvrager, het product en de toepasselijke Indiase normen en standaarden, evenals de datum van afgifte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zodra u het certificaat hebt, kunnen uw gecertificeerde producten dienovereenkomstig worden ge\u00ebtiketteerd.
