Video: Orientation of TEC Certification for Electronic Products in India

September 2025The Telecommunication Engineering Center (TEC) is India’s authority for certifying telecom products under the Mandatory Testing Certification of Telecommunication Equipment (MTCTE) rules. Since the 2017 amendment to the Indian Telegraph Regulations, all telecom equipment must be tested and certified before it can be sold, imported, or used in India.
This video provides a brief overview of key aspects of TEC certification.
